Cognitive Behaviour Therapy in Canary Wharf and Bloomsbury

Is feeling depressed or anxious keeping you from the life you want? Are you struggling to resolve a past or present issue? Looking to experience a more rewarding and meaningful life?

You could benefit from therapy with a qualified, experienced and compassionate CBT therapist. All you need is the willingness to explore change, and to collaborate with me towards reaching your goals.

Stepping out to see a therapist can feel like a daunting experience. I offer therapy both face-to-face and online, making it possible for us to meet in the comfort of your own home.

I have over 14 years’ experience working as a Psychologist, starting my career in South Africa and making my home in the UK since 2007. Having experience of working interculturally both in private practise and the higher education environment, I offer a rich understanding of how cultural issues or your stage of life may be impacting on your concerns. I see adults and young people, working in an evidence-based way with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, panic disorder, perfectionism, low self-esteem, social anxiety, disordered eating, anger, life transitions, disabilities and workplace or school issues. Having worked in the higher education sector, I also support university students experiencing a variety of mental health concerns.

I am a registered practitioner psychologist with the UK Health and Care Professions Council and a BABCP-accredited cognitive behavioural therapist, which means subscribing to strict ethical codes and maintaining high standards of training and professional conduct. I offer therapy in Canary Wharf and Bloomsbury, as well as online via video or audio conferencing.
